The Atlantic Regional Chapter brings together Muslim women from Atlantic Canada – including New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador. Regions like New Brunswick have established local initiatives to raise awareness, share legal rights knowledge and engage community members in dialogue.
Under the regional chapter model, the Atlantic chapter offers a collective voice for Muslim women in the Maritime provinces, creating opportunities for community support, advocacy, education and leadership that reflect the unique cultural tapestry and needs of Atlantic communities.
