This webinar is a part of a seven-part series produced by the Canadian Council of Muslim Women (CCMW) as part of the Muslim Women’s Family Law & Legal Resources project. The contents of these webinars are derived from six project booklets produced by CCMW that provide comparative information about Canadian and Muslim family law, particularly as they pertain to women’s rights.
The goal of these webinars is to address the ongoing and urgent need of Canadian Muslim women to make informed and empowering choices in the area of family law in Canada.
These webinars were open to Canadian Muslim women, legal professionals, community leaders, service providers and educators.
