The Women Who Inspire Awards annual fundraiser recognizes Canadian Muslim women in the community who are committed to doing important work and dedicated to improving the lives of others. This year, the Women Who Inspire Awards 2020 is a global, virtually stimulating event to celebrate the achievements of Canadian Muslim Women Who Inspire.
The Honourable Maryam Monsef; Canada's Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Rural Economic Development, as well as Her Honour, the Honourable Salma Lakhani; Alberta’s Lieutenant Governor, will be keynote speakers at the event!

This virtual event is a fundraiser for CCMW's Lila Fahlman Scholarship Fund. Since 2008, CCMW has raised money to support promising Canadian Muslim women in their studies through the Lila Fahlman Scholarships, named after the late Dr. Lila Fahlman, a renowned educator and founder of CCMW.
