Ten Years of Ontario’s Fair-Access Law: Has Access to Regulated Professions Improved for Internationally Educated Individuals?

The chapter examines Ontario’s Fair Access legislation and its impact on internationally educated professionals, assessing whether regulatory reforms have improved access to licensed professions. It highlights ongoing challenges in credential recognition and systemic barriers within regulated labour markets.
