AYDA App – Aqsha Adam

Aqsha is the founder and CEO of AYDA, a personal health and spiritual wellness app built for Muslim women. She is also the Director of Programming at Shoot for Peace, and is deeply passionate about supporting Muslim communities. She works to create spaces where Muslim women can heal, grow, and thrive.

AYDA is more than just an app. It’s your path to wellbeing: spiritually, emotionally, and physically. When you feel out of sync with your body and energy, it affects every part of your life. From how you feel about yourself, your relationships, and even your connection with Allah.

We designed AYDA to help you navigate your cycle with ease, strengthen your iman, and improve your well-being. No matter what time of the month it is.

AYDA helps you to understand your body so you can be the best version of yourself. Manage your energy, your mood, and your worship in a way that serves you, not just for this life, but for the Akhirah. Take care of yourself, live your purpose, and deepen your relationship with your Creator.

AYDA is with you every step, to help you find balance, confidence, and thrive—every day of your cycle.
