CCMW Quebec’s Montreal Branch recently organized a meaningful community initiative, “Cooking for the Salvation Army Shelter for Women,” bringing members together in the spirit of care, generosity, and service.
Thanks to the collective efforts of dedicated volunteers, a full meal was prepared and delivered in time for iftar. Women staying at the shelter were able to enjoy their meals in a comfortable and dignified setting as they broke their fast at sunset.
The initiative was made possible through the generous contributions of community members who volunteered their time to cook, as well as those who donated funds to support the preparation of a variety of dishes, beverages, and desserts.
CCMW extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this initiative a success. This effort reflects the strength of community and the importance of coming together to support those in need.

To get involved in future initiatives like this, we welcome you to sign up as a volunteer.
