CCMW Report on the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM),

CCMW was invited to participate in a meeting of the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in Warsaw, Poland, September 19-30, 2005. We were also invited to make a presentation at a side event to introduce our organization and its work. Representing CCMW, Nuzhat Jafri, a Board member, made three statements, one on the responsibility of political leaders, another stressing the importance of listening to women and respecting diversity within Muslim communities, and one joint statement regarding multiple forms of discrimination.
